The Pentagon is now investigating whether Palantir's targeting technology played any role in a strike on an Iranian school that killed more than 150 people, most of them children.
That same technology is now being embedded into British public life - the NHS, military and policing. Palantir says it's a force for good, claiming to have cut down NHS waiting list backlogs. But its critics say it's a 'spy-tech' firm with no business inside the British state.
