Chancellor Rachel Reeves says she's backing Andy Burnham as the next prime minister, saying he would continue "that tight grip on the public finances" by sticking to her fiscal rules.
She brushed off reports that she might be moved to a more junior role, saying any cabinet decisions would be up to Mr Burnham should he become the next Labour leader.
