The Mexican military has released footage of the arrest of a leading figure in a criminal cartel in the western state of Nayarit.

Audias Flores, known as 'El Jardiner' or 'The Gardener', was a commander in the powerful Jalisco New Generation Cartel which controls drug laboratories and smuggling routes along Mexico's pacific coast.
The US had put up a $5 million reward for his arrest and he was captured in a ditch in an operation involving hundreds of troops.
