Belfast police station car bomb attack condemned
An attack on a police station on the outskirts of Belfast has been condemned by Northern Irish First Minister Michelle O’Neill and Police Service of Northern Ireland chief constable Jon Boutcher.
They spoke jointly against the Saturday night attack on Dunmurry police station, which was believed to have been carried out by dissident republicans. A delivery driver was forced to drive his highjacked vehicle containing an explosive device to the police station before he sounded the alarm, helping prevent any injuries.
