Drought on the Savanna: A Lion Pride Fights to Survive | SLICE EARTH | FULL DOC

The Ruaha River is dry. In southern Tanzania, animals are forced to follow its empty riverbed upstream in search of water. Among them is a pride of lionesses with young cubs, pushed to keep moving as heat, thirst, and hunger reshape life across the savanna.
This documentary follows the struggle around the last pockets of water, where herbivores, predators, and scavengers are drawn into the same shrinking space by drought.
