British political activist Tommy Robinson was convicted by a 10-2 majority of harassing two Daily Mail journalists over a 2024 report accusing him of “stoking race riots from his sunbed.” The journalists had tracked Robinson to Cyprus after riots erupted across Britain following the murders of three young girls in Southport. Robinson repeatedly contacted the reporters, posted about them on X and claimed he had photos of their home address and family. He was released on bail ahead of sentencing in December.
