Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Opposition leader Angus Taylor are poised to reach a deal on NDIS reforms, with the bill set to pass parliament early next week.
Martin Laverty is the Chief Executive of Aruma Disability Services and one of the architects of the NDIS.
