Sure! My name is Lori Priller, and I’ve been in the IT space for about 15–20 years. I started off in banking, then moved into accounting and HR, and eventually became a subject matter expert in IT, focusing on building and automating workflows in a SOX-compliant environment.

Of course. I’m an Agile and Lean practitioner, helping organizations achieve transformation using Lean and Agile at scale. I began my career as a bank teller, then moved through HR and accounting before transitioning into IT, where I specialized in workflow automation over 20 years ago.
Now, I focus on Agile and Lean transformations, conduct trainings, and continuously learn — especially around emerging capabilities like AI.
I’m quite familiar with learning management systems, so I didn’t face major technical challenges. However, for most learners, the key challenge is preparation — reading pre-course emails, following registration steps, and ensuring readiness before classes begin.
