Business rates are to be cut by 20% for pubs, clubs and live music venues across England.

But the reduction - expected to save a typical pub around £1,000 a year - won't happen until next April.
Andy Burnham said the move was aimed at preserving 'cherished local spaces', and his ministers have insisted that it is a fully funded commitment.
