More than 150 people have been killed in a drone attack on a market in the disputed Abyei region, according to South Sudanese officials.

They accuse Sudan’s military of carrying out the strikes on 20 October, which left charred vehicles, destroyed buildings and fires still burning across the market.
The attack comes amid one of the bloodiest weeks of Sudan’s war, with strikes in recent days bringing the reported death toll to more than 250.
The deadly war has created one of the world's worst humanitarian crises, with hundreds of thousands killed and 14 million displaced from their homes.
