Russian Drone Strike on Ukraine Train Was Meant to Scare West, EU Official Says
A Russian drone struck a passenger train just 2 kilometers from the Polish border Sunday, shortly after a diplomatic train carrying former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and other European officials passed through the area. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said Monday the attack was meant to intimidate Western nations into backing away from Ukraine — and urged them to respond by standing even more firmly behind Kyiv.
