150 Years on a North Atlantic Island, Newfoundland.

The Flowers Island Lighthouse, has sat on this uninhabited island now for for 149 years, tho it was operational until 1969. It is a beautiful sight from land, and the entire island remains in pristine condition, because being an island, it sees very few visitors. What a remarkable place to get to explore. Not to mention the Thrombolites around the corner, making stop number one for us just perfect.
