L-Theanine: 12 Benefits & Uses (Science Backed)
Ad: (Description contains product links). 12 health benefits of L-theanine backed by science.
L-Theanine is a non-essential amino acid found in green tea leaves, also known as "γ-glutamylethylamide". This natural compound crosses the blood-brain barrier, and promotes relaxation in the body by increasing alpha-wave activity.
In this video I teach you everything you need to know about L-theanine and the benefits for reducing stress, enhancing cognitive focus, supporting healthy blood pressure, sleep and much more. We also discuss the potential side effects of L-theanine.
Since L-Theanine is found in green tea and matcha, it also comes packaged naturally with caffeine and works synergistically. However some people prefer to take this isolated in the form of a supplement, or in a nootropic blend with other nutrients chosen to support calm focus and brain function.
