The food delivery robots headed to Australia | ABC NEWS Loop

Thousands of autonomous delivery robots are already rolling around cities like Los Angeles, and a major US company is about to begin testing in Australia in the coming months.
While a date isn’t set, Serve Robotics has a permit on the Gold Coast.
The city council told the ABC it had been working with the company “to trial their autonomous delivery robots” and that “a permit was issued for them to carry out early-stage scoping works to help them inform any future decisions on the potential to introduce the service to the area".
