Sen. Chuck Schumer had a brief testy exchange with CNN correspondent Manu Raju during a Capitol Hill press conference. As Schumer wrapped up an answer about Michigan's Democratic U.S. Senate primary, Raju attempted to ask another question, prompting Schumer to tell him to be quiet and not yell. Schumer then appeared to stumble over his words, saying, "You're louding even yeller than you used to," before telling Raju, "I call on you. I do. You get your chances."
