U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that the Israel-Lebanon peace talks the U.S. is mediating are a "process," urging expectations to be lowered for any immediate agreement. “This is a historic opportunity,” he said. “We understand we're working against decades of history and complexities" that will not be quickly resolved.
