Ukrainian police have released a video showing Russian forces using a drone to chase a man selling produce at a market in the southern city of Kherson.
The footage shows the 52-year-old man trying to escape the drone, which then explodes nearby. Police said the man survived and was being treated for shrapnel injuries and concussion.
Ukraine's foreign minister accused Russia of committing a war crime.
