Cat's father has never revealed where her mother's remains are and now the parole board has decided it's safe for him to be released. But Cat and her siblings say he shouldn't be freed until he's revealed where their mother is.
They're hoping a review of the parole board's decision, due next week, will take into account 'Helen's Law' -  a rule which says offenders mustn't cause families more trauma by continuing to conceal where they've hidden their victim's bodies.
