A global race is underway to stop the spread of hantavirus after a deadly outbreak on a cruise ship in the Atlantic. A possible new case also emerged Thursday, apparently involving a woman who had not been a passenger on the ship. NBC News Foreign Correspondent Raf Sanchez reports for TODAY.
