EXCLUSIVE: Tina Knowles shared on TODAY that the 2026 Met Gala was an emotional one for her, seeing daughter Beyoncé and granddaughter Blue Ivy Carter share time on the steps of the Met together.
"Beyoncé started her first red carpet at 15, and Blue is 14. And so just seeing her out there looking confident and beautiful, it just brought tears to my eyes."
This was Blue Ivy's first appearance at the Met Gala, where Beyoncé was a co-chair of the event.
