Grammys Announce Changes to Best New Artist Eligibility Rules

The Recording Academy has announced five new categories and some rule changes starting with the 2027 Grammy Awards ceremony. The most noteworthy change in the Best New Artist category now allows musicians to submit up to four times across four different years for consideration. #TODAYShow
