Millions in South Brace for Potential First Hurricane of the Season
Parts of the Gulf Coast were left under water as severe weather slammed the South with deadly flooding. The power storm system is expected to dump an additional 10 to 20 inches of rain, forcing 25 million people to remain under flood watch from Texas to Georgia.
