Robert Gilman, a former U.S. Marine who spent more than four years in a Russian prison, was back on American soil Tuesday night, released on a humanitarian basis. His family says he is in dire health after allegedly being tortured. Gilman was initially jailed for attacking a Russian police officer and later his sentence was extended 10 years after an alleged clash with a prison guard.
