In meeting between NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and President Trump was asked about the vandalism at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. He said six people have been arrested and several others are under investigation over the incident at the National Mall. He claimed the suspects used a box cutter to cut and tear the pool liner and said they “should go to jail for a long time.”
