A man has been charged with attempted murder after a member of staff at a student village in Surrey was shot with a crossbow.
Police said 21 year old Saudi national Almunthir Daqamah had also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and class B drugs.
Officers said the victim, who worked as a campus safety officer, is in a stable condition in hospital.
