Tyler Robinson, the suspect in the assassination of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk is appearing in court Tuesday for the second day of a preliminary hearing.
Robinson, 23, is accused of killing Kirk at an event at Utah Valley University in September of last year.
Erika Kirk was forced to leave the courtroom before horrific footage of her husband’s murder was played on Monday. The stricken mother of two made her swift exit right before prosecutors played three videos showing the gruesome moment Kirk, 31, was fatally shot in the neck.
