
Peabo Bryson, Veteran R&B Singer of ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and ‘Whole New World,’ Dies at 75
Peabo Bryson, a two-time GRAMMY-winning R&B singer best known for his 'Beauty and the Beast' duet with Celine Dion, has died at 75 years old. It comes just days after the singer's family reported that he suffered a stroke. Peabo and Celine's duet earned him his first GRAMMY in 1992. He got his second GRAMMY in 1993, for his 'A Whole New World' duet with Regina Belle.
