
The Witcher 3 Remastered - PC Performance Review
Unlike The Witcher 4, which has moved to Unreal Engine 5, The Witcher 3 Remastered sticks with CD Projekt Red’s own Red Engine, with more additions than a mage’s alchemy pot. It adds enhanced textures, improved foliage and Level of detail, better lighting with Ray and Path Tracing, DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction, and much more. However, this huge facelift still has its issues, with Nvidia HairWorks still killing framerates and potentially looking worse.
