Ex-officer paroled seven years after shooting neighbor

Ex-Dallas police officer Amber Guyger was convicted in 2018 after fatally shooting neighbor Botham Jean back in 2018. Guyger has been granted parole after “a thorough review” from the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole.
