Inventor @Keith-Schacht -- introduced to us by our mutual friend @hacksmith -- stops by the cave to show Adam Savage some curious items from his personal collection, including inflatable wood, a slooooooow rolling ball, and heat-activated nitinol actuators. Along the way, Keith and Adam discuss the creative power of mechanisms, tactile physics, and the surprising applications of memory metals. Which of the inventions surprised you the most?
