'90 Day Fiancé's Armando Rubio breaks down in tears, sharing an update on his 13-year-old daughter Hannah's ongoing medical emergency. The Mexican native thanked fans for their support while he's separated from the teen, who is currently undergoing further medical treatment in the United States, alongside her stepfather, Kenneth.
