President Trump claimed that Cuba was relaxing its opposition to the US during a speech at the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in North Dakota. The president mentioned the favorable foreign policy shift in the middle of an anecdote about Roosevelt's heroism during the Battle of San Juan Hill. "Speaking of Cuba, after many, many decades, it's coming our way," Trump said, prompting applause from attendees.
