Most cancer survivors fear recurrence, 2026 report finds

They beat cancer. Now they live with the fear that it comes back. Approximately 59% of cancer survivors grapple with the fear of recurrence, and it’s one of the most commonly unmet needs in their care plan, according to American Society of Clinical Oncology data.
