Taylor Swift make a surprise cameo on the 2026 Emmys in a pre-taped sketch with Mariska Hargitay, who hosted the evening. ET decodes the Easter eggs fans can't seem to get over as they await the re-release of her albums 'Taylor Swift' and 'Reputation.' The 78th Primetime Emmy Awards aired live on NBC and Peacock on Monday, Sept. 14.
