Lindsey Graham was pressed on whether Taiwan and the South China Sea are US national security issues. Graham was appointed to temporarily succeed her brother after his death last month and is now running for a full term. She and Norman advanced to the Aug. 25 runoff, with President Trump endorsing Graham despite conservative skepticism over her bid for her brother’s former seat.
