Despite appearing on 'New Girl' six times as Zooey Deschanel/Jessica Day's mom, Jamie Lee Curtis admits she didn't enjoy the experience while chatting with reporters at NBC's backlot press day. In a clip captured by 'Deadline,' the actress explained that single-camera comedies aren't fun to shoot, because actors don't get the rush of performing in front of a live, studio audience. She's excited to be back in front of one, on set of 'Newlyweds,' a new multi-camera comedy she's producing and guest-starring in; it's set to premiere in October on NBC.
