River Tubing Group Survives for 3 Days on Bark and Flowers Before Dramatic Rescue
Body camera footage shows rescue teams finding two women and a 9-year-old boy who became stranded for three days after their river tubing trip went wrong on Michigan’s Muskegon River. The trio was found wearing swimsuits and covered in scratches, with a broken phone and nearly empty water bottle. They reportedly survived by drinking river water and eating flowers and bark after their tubes popped when they hit logs.
