Surrogate who had baby against parents' wishes unlikely to win custody battle, attorney says

A surrogate rejected a request from the biological parents to end her pregnancy after they discovered the baby had a severe heart condition. Baby Rumi underwent the first of three surgeries after being born. Now, the surrogate says the biological parents are suing her. Alexis Cirel, an attorney specializing in family and fertility law, weighs in on the custody lawsuit.
