The World Rock Paper Scissors Association officially says to play on "shoot" during the competition game. NBC's Brian Cheung traveled to a local tournament in New Jersey and got the official ruling, and watched hundreds of rock, paper, scissors enthusiasts compete for a grand prize of $10,000.
