Savannah Guthrie's Missing Mom: Sheriff Promises Case Is Not Cold, 100+ Days Into Search
Over 100 days into the search for Savannah Guthrie's missing mother, Nancy, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos is insisting the case is 'far from cold.' In a new interview with KOLD, Nanos notes he's withheld certain details of the investigation from the public to ensure the integrity of the case is protected. He says he believes, 'at some point in time, we will make an arrest on this case.' This comes following a public movement to have Nanos removed from his position amid allegations he lied under oath in a deposition during his time as a police officer in Texas. FBI director Kash Patel also hasn't made his criticism of Nanos' handling of the case a secret.
