Running a business is hard until you understand this one ratio. It will determine if your business succeeds or fails no matter what size, industry, or business model. People will tell you to measure LTV (Life Time Value), but the problem for most businesses is that they need cash in the bank to survive. That's why you should use AOV (Average Order Value) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
