Rumer Willis Accuses Ex of Domestic Violence and Emotional Abuse in Custody Battle

Rumer Willis accuses her ex, Derek Richard Thomas, of domestic violence and emotional abuse in newly unveiled court documents in the former couple's ongoing custody battle over their 3-year-old daughter, Louetta. Rumer's mother, Demi Moore, also weighs in, writing a declaration to the court in the docs. She detailed Derek's 'aggressive' behavior towards her daughter. Derek denies the allegations and insists their daughter ‘has never been injured in any way.'
