New Jersey asks Supreme Court to let states regulate prediction markets

The New Jersey attorney general is asking the Supreme Court to weigh in on whether states can regulate prediction markets, arguing that companies like Kalshi claim to offer legal sports betting but refuse to follow state gambling laws.
