This is the final day of the 7-day English shadowing challenge, and today's English shadowing practice is the hardest one of the week: you order something online, the wrong item shows up, and you have to call customer service, stay calm, explain what went wrong, and push for a solution while staying polite.
Shadowing means you speak the customer's lines out loud at the same time as the audio, matching the rhythm and pace so the words come automatically instead of freezing, and by the end you'll be more comfortable raising a complaint, asking for a refund or replacement, and handling a real customer service call in English.
If you've made it through all seven days, write "I did it" in the comments and tell me which day was the hardest, and if you want to keep the momentum going, you can go back to Day 1 and shadow the whole week again, because each round your mouth gets faster and the words come easier.
