Plane’s Tires Blow out on Landing at Airport in Atlanta
The FAA says the tires on a LATAM flight from Lima, Peru, exploded on landing at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Tuesday, prompting a huge emergency crew response. The plane was able to land safely and there were no reported injuries. In a statement LATAM airlines said, “All passengers and crew disembarked without incident.” NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
