Rockstar Yungblud on leveraging his online fanbase to launch a bricks and mortar retail store
British musician Dominic Harrison, AKA Yungblud, signed a major record deal in 2017. Since then, he’s achieved global chart success and built a social media following of 20 million.
He launched a fashion brand, Beautifully Romanticised Accidentally Traumatised in 2024 and now he’s now opened a physical store in central London, at a time when many retailers are moving their businesses online.
To celebrate the store opening, Yungblud performed a concert for fans outside on London’s Denmark Street. Speaking to CNBC’s Tania Bryer, he discussed the bold venture and his friendship with his idol, Ozzy Osbourne, who died in July.
