In this English lesson, you’ll learn useful vocabulary and common phrases for talking about simple home remedies for everyday health problems. We’ll look at clear, real-life examples such as sipping tea to soothe a sore throat, using warm or cold compresses for headaches and sore muscles, and applying aloe vera to calm sunburn or irritated skin.
You’ll also pick up natural expressions English speakers use when describing minor illnesses, taking care of themselves at home, and dealing with small aches and discomforts that usually don’t need a visit to the doctor.
By the end of the lesson, you’ll feel confident talking about basic home treatments and self-care in natural, everyday English conversations.
