Thousands Stranded After Venezuela Strike Restricts Airspace
More than 48 hours after the U.S.-Maduro operation, thousands of Americans remain stranded as airlines scramble to catch up following temporary airspace restrictions over parts of the Caribbean and Venezuela. The restrictions, triggered by military movement, and lifted Sunday, impacted more than a dozen airports and forced more than a thousand flight cancelations. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
