Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen attended a custody hearing for their son Ever, 2. Dakota currently has sole physical custody of the child after releasing a tape of he and Taylor’s 2023 domestic violence incident. Each party appeared virtually and Dakota’s attorney Joel Kittrell tells ET, “Yesterday’s hearing was used by the respondent to assassinate Dakota’s character as a dad, whose only concern is for the welfare of his son, Ever. We look forward to the 30th to tell the true story.”
