New Favorite Cocktail Inspired by DIRT Guadalajara: The Masa Colada ? ? #huckberry #dirt
The Masa Colada is here! ?? A must-try twist on the classic colada, made with homemade Masa Milk. We challenged @Notjustabartender to come up with a drink inspired by our latest episode of DIRT Guadalajara.
Full Recipe:
MASA MILK
- 500ml water
- 3 cobs
- 400g corn kernels
- 240ml coconut milk
- 300g condensed milk
- 3g salt
- Simmer cobs in water for 10 minutes. Remove cobs, add kernels to simmer for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add to a blender; blend on high for 30 seconds. Fine strain out solids, then combine remaining ingredients, using a blender to fully incorporate. Store for up to 1 week.

- 1.5oz | 45ml pineapple juice
- 1.5oz | 45ml Masa Milk
- 1.5oz | 45ml blanco tequila (@lalospirits)
